Oct 19: Ńtlʼàt Jam - Low Bush Cranberry Jam
Dunèn made Ńtlʼat jam today. They were able to take some of their hard earned harvest foods home with them today. But we have to wait for the Lhu Gan!
Oct 18: Lhu Gan - Dry fish
Dunèn cut and hung samäy (sockeye salmon) to dry. 
Oct 17: Atthan Gan - Dry Meat
Dunèn (Students) cut dry meat from Kanäy tthan (moose meat). We also roasted kanäy ayî khê (moose marrow fat).
